Who we are

Communio Strategies was founded by Kaitlin McCready based on her experience in brand marketing, public affairs, and change management.

Kaitlin has worked to rethink and reset countless stories, products, and programs so they connect with the right stakeholders. A common theme emerged—from tech startups and Fortune 500 companies to federal government offices and transportation agencies.

Change—mindsets, buying behavior, product usage—is successful when people are clear and bought in.

As a consultant, we work with you to discover the barriers between you and your stakeholders and empower with you with levers to knock them down. Our unique approach delivers a brand reset that is both strategic and sticky, all in a project-based structure designed for quick wins.

    WE STRATEGIZE

    To get started, book a 30-minute complimentary strategy session. You can share your organization’s story and opportunities, and we can explore how we can work together to catalyze growth.

  • Step 02

    WE PLAN

    We’ll start the project with a 90-minute discovery session, designed to identify all potential opportunities and hone which we want to focus on for the plan.

  • Step 03

    WE DELIVER

    Based on the focus we determine in the discovery session, we’ll recommend the brand and marketing strategy that best aligns. Deliverables—from customer journey mapping and solutions messaging workshops, to sales page templates and email marketing sequences—will be provided and implemented throughout the 90 days.
